Tamara Lakomy is an indigenous Touareg and a Berger, who has over 12 years in advising on economic development in indigenous territories. She is an archaeologist and writer. Tamara has served as an advisor to heads of state on matters of indigenous rights. She is the founder of the World Indigenous Forum and an activist for indigenous rights and sovereignty. She also heads up the wisdom council at BES.
